Quality policy

RTA is committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality aligned with its vision, mission and strategic objectives. These standards support the development and management of integrated and sustainable roads and transport systems and the provision of distinguished services to all concerned stakeholders to adopt these Principles:

  • Management System

    Ensure Efficient and Effective implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard requirements and continually review and improve it in accordance with best practices.

  • People happiness

    Continuous pursuit of people happiness through pioneering services.

  • Quality objectives

    Develop appropriate performance objectives and indicators to manage and evaluate the effectiveness of quality management system in coordination with the concerned stakeholders.

  • Risk-based thinking

    Promote using risk-based analytical thinking for the Quality Management System operations to ensure continuous of service delivery.

  • Resource Management

    Ensure effective and efficient management of RTA’s resources. Continuously build the capacity of our People to perform their work efficiently.

  • Adherence to laws and legislation

    Full compliance with all legislative, legal, regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

  • Continual improvement

    Keep the latest technologies and creative methods as a catalyst for innovation, development, continual improvement and to achieve the leading position. RTA Leadership circulates its policy to all concerned stakeholders (internal/external) through different communication available channels for public knowledge and awareness and reviewing its policy on a periodic basis to ensure sustainability & continual improvement.
