Quality policy

RTA is committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality aligned with its vision, mission and strategic objectives. These standards support the development and management of integrated and sustainable roads and transport systems and the provision of distinguished services to all concerned stakeholders to adopt the following Principles:

    Develop appropriate performance objectives and indicators to manage and evaluate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in coordination with the concerned stakeholders.

    Promote using risk-based analytical thinking for the Quality Management System operations to ensure continuous service delivery.

  • Resource Management

    Ensure effective and efficient management of RTA’s resources, continuously empowering our People and developing their skills and capacity to better perform.

  • Adherence to Laws and Legislation

    Fully comply with all legislative, legal, regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

  • Continual Improvement

    Keep the latest technologies and creative methods as a catalyst for innovation, development, continual improvement and achievement of leading position. Share our policy with all concerned internal and external stakeholders through different communication channels, and review it periodically to ensure sustainability & continual improvement.
