Asset Management Policy

Effective asset management is considered one of our main success factors in delivering focal plans of transportation, which aim to develop, operate, maintain, and automate integrated transport systems for various transport modes and networks, so that safety, reliability, accessibility and sustainability are assured for current and future generations.

RTA adopts and implements an Asset Management System compatible with all other management systems and certified to international standards. RTA commits to the regulatory compliance of its asset management system and the adherence to the Government's directions.
 
RTA commits to developing and enhancing the level of competencies for all asset management operations incorporating the best international practices. It also provides its employees with the needed training sessions, and documents and evaluates those sessions for improvement purposes.

 

RTA is committed to measuring and reviewing its asset performance indicators to set accordingly the enhancement and development plans required to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of these assets.
