| | 1- | Scan documents/images in lower quality, and in black and white when possible. | |

| | 2- | You can use the Microsoft office Picture Manager in order to compress scanned Images/Documents size.

| | 3- | For Microsoft Office (MS) files (*.doc, *.xls, *.ppt, etc ...), we recommend the following, to minimize the attachments size as much as possible: | |

| | | - Compress files (Useful links: Compress files). | |
