  1. The customer logs in to his e-Wallet account.
  2. The customer clicks on Cancel e-Wallet Account.
  3. The account is cancelled.
  4. The refund is initiated through the system as part of the account cancellation process.
  5. The Finance Department processes the refund application and notifies the customer of its status.
