Introduction

This service is for contracting companies who would like to request the make of entries and exits to construction sites.

Required Documents

Letter directed to the Director of Traffic Department stating the following
1. Site Plan
2. A1 size plan for the entries and exits
3. Project Type
4. Number of trips made at peak time.
5. All impacts that are caused on the street.
6. Names of all neighboring streets.
7. Categorization of neighboring streets.
8. Contact information of the people in charge.
