1- The Consultant should submit the application form and the documents at Traffic department ( Al Remool G+2 Building).
2- The Admin Officer will collect all the required documents and the application form and provides the consultant with a copy of application with reference number.
3- The engineer will call for a meeting with the consultant and asks him to provide the study document.
4- The engineer will review the study document with the consultant.
5- Once the engineer approves the study he will print the approval.
6- The Admin Officer will issue the approval letter to the consultant and will call the consultant to pick the letter and the study document.
