It is an electronic fare collection system based on Check-In-Check-Out (CICO). This system will be an integral part of the Unified Automated Fare Collection system, which will be utilized for the public buses, metro and marine transport. This project aims to:
1. Raise the operational efficiency of the buses by reducing the time required for ticketing.
2. Reduce the burden on drivers and increase productivity.
3. Provide the best system for the collection of fares from all passengers and is a better system to detect those who elude the fare payment.
