Dubai Government RTA has a Contract for the Design and Construction of the Red Line and will instruct the design and construction of the Green Line shortly. The structure of the Contractual arrangement is based on international contracting practice and it utilizes FIDIC as framework of Contract. The Red and Green Line Contract Structure is depicted in Figure 2 below: Out Line of Dubai Metro Project Program The design and construction is presently work in progress, an indicative program is shown, for information only in Figure 3 below:
