This service is provided to customers wishing to transfer Dubai driving license to another Licensing Department of another Emirate.

Steps to apply for the service:

1. Applicant should be present in person at the licensing department (at Diera Branch) and should contact the front desk
2. Front desk will collect all required documents; applicant will have to pay & clear any outstanding traffic violations and/or bookings.
3. Front desk will update the applicant's personal information and file
4. A file transfer certificate will be printed at the front desk
5. Once the certificate is approved, it will be issued to the applicant
