Public Transport Agency assumes the responsibility of studying requirements of public transport in various areas of the emirate of Dubai, including public buses, inter-emirates transport, and international transport. Public Transport Agency also takes part in preparation and promoting of marketing plans of bus transport and promotes them in coordination with other concerned RTA departments. The Agency comprises offices of quality, health, safety and environment, as well as office for training and developing drivers, together with six departments: - Planning and Business Development
